Maasai Mara, Kenya - The character of this leopard struck me. His thick neck and scarred nose evoke a beautiful calmness packed with power. After being driven away from his kill by a pack of hyenas, the leopard did not retreat back to his tree, but sat soaking up the rain and smells on the wind. The hunt must go on.
