BC Boats
British Columbia, Canada - Many talk about taking the leap, but for me, it’s about taking a float, taking the boat. I have a particular admiration for the first Polynesians to populate the Pacific Islands, for the wooden ships and the crews of the Age of Discovery, there is just something about crossing the sea. But not all epics need cross an ocean. Sometimes, a small boat can take us to new places, to new adventures. Along the coast of British Columbia, each valley has a history of its own, a wildness unique to its isolated location. It’s enough for me.
Fine art images are selected by the artist as icons of the relationship between people and nature.
Edition of 44 (total of all sizes sold):
Intimate - 16”x12”
Standard - 32”x24”
Feature - 48”x36”
Signature Frame + Fine Art Print - Printed on Hahnemuhle Museum Etching, a natural white cotton, heavyweight textured paper optimized for fine art printing. The finely textured surface lends a three-dimensional effect. Combined with the pure cotton base, this creates a wonderfully soft tactile feel and artistic impression. This matte finished paper provides an outstanding, iconic print result and is the artist’s preferred fine art paper. Standard with each fine art purchase, the Signature Frame includes an artist-selected frame and matte that highlights the image in a neutral color palette that allows it to accompany a majority of interior settings. Ultra Vue glass is nearly invisible and offers additional UV protection. Please note: sizing indicates the print and does not include additional framing dimensions.
Custom Frame + Fine Art Print - The Custom Frame option includes a consultation with the buyer, the artist, and an interior designer to complement the interior of any home or business. Please inquire with the artist.
